Daveigh Chase , the voice of Lilo, has passed away at 35
Actress Daveigh Chase, best known for voicing Lilo in Disney's beloved 2002 animated film Lilo & Stitch , has passed away at the age of 35. AllEars.net has reported the news . Chase's performance gave the film much of its heart — her voice captured Lilo's spirit with a naturalism that has held up for more than two decades. Lilo & Stitch remains one of Disney's most beloved animated films, and Chase's contribution to it is irreplaceable. Chase also had a prominent live-action career, including her role as Samara in The Ring . She was 35 years old. The theme park community has been expressing its grief across social media today.

Stranger Things 5 is confirmed for Halloween Horror Nights 2026
The Upside Down is opening one more gate. Universal has officially confirmed a Stranger Things season 5 haunted house for Halloween Horror Nights 2026 at both Universal Orlando and Universal Hollywood. Orlando Informer has the details , and TouringPlans confirms the return . The franchise previously appeared at HHN and is one of the most beloved horror IP houses in the event's history. It joins Sinners as the second confirmed IP for HHN 35 — and per Attractions Magazine's full HHN tracker , the Jack the Clown and Dr. Oddfellow legacy characters are also returning as hosts. HHN 2026 runs September 5 through November 1.
